Ones that taste just as good on their own without any flavouring. We only use high quality teas as base teas throughout our range. Teas such as high quality black teas from Ceylon (we find Ceylon teas are particularly good as a base for flavoured black teas), premium grade Rooibos, Sencha style green teas, White teas etc.

Do not panic, this is an exciting change new to 2025. We have outgrown our current HQ & needed to find a tea manufacturer to produce and package our wonderful teas. This means you still get our wonderful teas and they are now completely allergy free and packaged more efficiently. New rules came into effect from November 2024 that the manufacture or packaging companies information is required to be put on all packaging. So for compliance reasons it has the tea packaging companies packaging and information on the inside, you'll be pleased to know that all the packaging is also 100% recyclable too.

All our natural flavoured oils are made from high quality fruit extracts.

We would strongly suggest that tea should not be stored in a freezer because ice crystals would form on the tea leaves and these would melt during the thawing process and spoil the tea

The ingredients will retain their best flavour if they are stored in a cool, dark, dry place. When you take a tea bag out fold back the packaging and place in the box and seal. Airtight storage will maintain the quality of the taste.

Our Loose tea and Hot Chocolate are made, packaged in separate locations.

Loose Tea Allergen information: NO allergens are used on the manufacturing premises, please see individual tea listings for individual ingredients.

Hot Chocolate Allergen information: The Hot chocolates all contain soya. All of the milk and white chocolates contain dairy; the dark chocolates do not have dairy added, but they do all have a milk warning. We do not use other allergens on site or ingredients that may contain other allergens. Nuts are banned from every part of our factory site

When it comes to consuming herbal tea during pregnancy, it is important to exercise caution and consult with your healthcare provider. While certain herbal teas are generally considered safe during pregnancy, others may pose risks to the developing fetus or have uncertain effects due to limited scientific research.

Here are a few considerations regarding herbal tea consumption during pregnancy:

  1. Safety of Specific Herbs: Some herbs commonly found in herbal teas, such as peppermint, ginger, chamomile, and raspberry leaf, are generally regarded as safe for pregnant women when consumed in moderation. These teas may provide relief for common pregnancy discomforts such as nausea, digestive issues, or insomnia. However, it is still advisable to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure their suitability for your specific situation.
  2. Avoidance of Certain Herbs: Certain herbs are known to have potential risks during pregnancy and should be avoided. Examples include herbs like black cohosh, blue cohosh, pennyroyal, and others that may stimulate uterine contractions or have hormonal effects. Additionally, herbal teas containing ingredients like liquorice root or St. John's wort may also carry potential risks and should be avoided or used under professional guidance.
  3. Quality and Preparation: If you decide to consume herbal teas during pregnancy, it is important to ensure the quality and safety of the products. Choose reputable brands and avoid teas that contain additives or unknown ingredients. Proper preparation of herbal teas by following recommended brewing guidelines is also essential to avoid excessive concentrations of active compounds.
  4. Individual Considerations: Every pregnancy is unique, and individual factors, such as underlying health conditions, medication use, or previous pregnancy complications, can influence the safety of herbal tea consumption. It's essential to discuss your specific situation with your healthcare provider, who can provide personalised advice based on your medical history and individual needs.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before consuming herbal teas or any other dietary supplements during pregnancy.

Each tea has the caffeine content listed for information.

Unfortunately at the moment we only ship in the UK.

Yes, on orders with a value over £35.00 after any discounts have been applied.

As a guide, we suggest the following as a maximum:

  • Black tea: one or two infusions
  • Jasmine tea: two or three infusions
  • White tea: two or three infusions
  • Oolong tea: two or three infusions
  • Green tea: three or four infusions
  • Fruit Teas: one or two infusions
  • Herbals: one infusion

But it really is to your own personal taste. If using your tea leaves more than once, it’s important not to let them dry out between infusions. Also remember that the flavour of the tea will become weaker with each infusion.

A normal teaspoon of tea is between 2.5g and 3g, so this equates to:

50g bag = 16 cups of tea

100g bag = 33 cups of tea

This is based on only one brew per teaspoon and not multi infusions. Also depends on your preferred strength.

Jewellery can tarnish with time and wear.

To take care of your jewellery, clean it regularly with a soft dry cloth.

We recommend to keep your jewellery in the bag/box provided and storing in a cool dry place, keeping pieces separate to avoid scratching.

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, hairspray and deodorant to prolong the life of your jewellery.

Where possible we use stainless steel silver or stainless steel 18k/24k gold plated jewellery findings. We will state in the listing if we have used something else. Occasionally we use alloy metals in the earring  frames.

Each pack contains 250g (roughly 8=15 portions, depending on taste and cup size using) and have a shelf life of around 1 year. The chocolate has been finely grated so melts easily.
